Returns Policy

Customers may return any unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on food, treats or any edible items for health reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact page or via our email info@ecodoggy123.wplstaging.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
